Leads Wizard is a GPT-based conversational system I designed at Nbyula to qualify and engage sales leads. Founder-led sales teams lose good prospects because follow-ups are slow, generic, and emotionally tone-deaf. Leads Wizard fixes the tone-deaf part first.
how it works
Instead of templated messaging, the system grounds every message in three things: a persona model of the lead, a psychological tone map, and the lead's current state in the funnel. LLM agents draft and score outreach against all three before anything is sent.
results
- 56% higher intake engagement than templated messaging
- 45.9% better sentiment in replies
- 17% more qualified leads in pilot campaigns
